Safety Policy

Health and Safety Policy Statement

It is the policy of Carbonworks USA, LLC to pursue every reasonable effort to provide a safe and healthy workplace for employees, clients, subcontractors and in the communities in which it works. Carbonworks recognizes the value of the individual employee, and the safety and health of every employee is the company’s highest priority.

The owners and executive management team at Carbonworks are ultimately responsible for the safety of all Carbonworks’ employees. The prevention of accidents and injuries is our primary objective. Carbonworks intends to comply with all health and safety laws and regulations and to implement best management practices. Safety training will be conducted in a continuous on-going manner. Safety issues will be reviewed regularly with all employees. Employees are required to follow all safety rules and regulations and are expected to conduct their work and activities in a safe manner. Every employee has the authority and obligation to cause a stop-work if unsafe conditions exist. Unsafe working conditions and practices must be reported to supervisors and management immediately. Employees must report any accidents, injuries and near misses that occur in the workplace. Every employee will be held accountable for fulfilling their safety responsibilities and for continuously driving the safety culture of our company.
